Natural Food colours over Synthetic Food Colours

Natural food colors are derived from various plant, animal, or mineral sources and are used to enhance the appearance of food products.

1. Red/Pink

Peel & chop beets, then blend them. Strain the mixture to get vibrant red juice. Blend fresh/frozen strawberries & strain to get a pink hue.

2. Yellow

Mix turmeric powder with small amount of water to get  yellow color. Soak a few saffron strands in warm water/milk to get golden yellow color.

3. Green

Blend fresh spinach leaves with a little water and strain to get a green liquid. Dissolve matcha powder in water for a vibrant green color.

4. Blue/Purple

Blend blueberries & strain to get purple hue. Boil chopped purple cabbage in water, then strain. Add little baking soda to get blue color

5. Orange

Blend fresh carrots with little water & strain it to get vibrant orange color. Mix paprika powder with little amount of water to get orange hue.
