Mission for Integrated Development of Horticulture (MIDH) scheme is implemented in the year 2014. The main objective of the scheme is the holistic development of the horticulture sector in the country covering fruits, vegetables, root & tuber crops, mushrooms, aromatic plants, spices, flowers, coconut, cashew, cocoa and bamboo. It is a Central Government Sponsored scheme implemented under Green Revolution – Krishonnati Yojana.

Outlay of Plan component of MIDH has been fixed at Rs. 1900 crore and Non Plan component of MIDH has been fixed at Rs. 14.38 crore for the financial year 2022 –23.
